A leading jewellery group in Asia is looking for a Corporate Secretary to join their team in KL.

about the job ...

Assist with corporate secretarial tasks for Singapore-listed companies and their subsidiaries.
Liase with external professional parties in the preparation of relevant documents and to support corporate exercises in Singapore
Assist to incorporate companies, preparation of resolutions, minutes of meetings and other documents
Coordinate with share registrar, and maintain statutory records and registers.
Handle other assigned duties and secretarial support as and when required.

about the requirements

Licensed (MAICSA or ICSA or SSM or MACS) or Degree in Law
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Experience in a public listed company is a must
Familiar with Singapore Companies Act, SGX listing rules, Corporate Governance, IPO and Sustainability report is preferable
Detail-oriented and capable of independent work
