    about the role

    They are currently looking for a HR Manager under Rewards and Benefits to join their team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of their Reward Framework, salary benchmarking, remuneration scheme and Rewards and Benefits initiatives. You will also:

    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.
    • Provide input on retention of talent and critical staffs
    • Assist the Head of Department in the designing and implementation of talent management initiatives.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of rewards and benefits experience. You will need to be well versed in HR policies and procedures, with experience working with HR consultants on rewards initiatives. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
