Advising, defining and implementing strategies regarding the remuneration process and ensuring that is aligned with the company's reward strategy.
Staying updated and enhancing knowledge with the business needs in compensation, rewards and performance strategies.

Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related qualification.
Possess industry knowledge of Pay, Rewards, and employee engagement trends and best practices.
Knowledge of managing pay and rewards system including related compensation & benefits packages, system and processes.
Exposure and experience in Rewards and Compensation projects from design to execution.
Minimum 5 years related work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially in advance Excel applications
