about the job
- Manage and oversee overall construction of interior fit out works
- Coordinate all site activities and liaise with 3rd party consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Ensure requirements of M&E services, IT components and AV equipment are well coordinated with ID layout plans
- Ensure all onsite and offsite construction works are compliant to Building Codes and Safety Regulations
- Work closely with internal team and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage local authority submission from preparation until CCC approval
- Attend coordination and progress meetings
skills & experience
- At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management or equivalent
- Min 2-5 years working experience in managing interior fit-out construction
- Corporate tower/office experience will have a big advantage
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
