about the job

Drive safety, quality, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, 100% Customer Service Level, and employee engagement using the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS).
Develop and implement the MOS roadmap, improve associate skills, and collaborate with HR for learning strategies.
Inspire leadership, coach for continuous improvement, and lead loss reduction projects.
Manage costs, benchmarks, and annual plans through MOS. Focus on defect-free outcomes and engagement.
Monitor key indicators, track progress, and support cost reduction and efficiency initiatives while maintaining accurate data.

skill/experience

Possess a degree in engineering or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing
Demonstrate experience and knowledge in TPM, Lean, and 6Sigma.
