about the company

Our client is one of the famous engineering companies focusing on water and power projects. They are looking for a dynamic Contract Manager to be part of their contract team.

about the job

  • Tracking project progress and handle all contractual disputes.
  • Fully involved in technical matters relating such as cost calculation, estimation, compilation
    of required information.
  • In charge of reviewing progress of project from inception till completion such as pre to post
    contract and subsequently final accounts.
  • Advise project section on all contractual matters relating to the projects, which include
    costing, estimating and cost control.


about the manager/team

You will be reporting to the Director of the company, and having a few Quantity Surveyors reporting to you.

skills and experience required

  • 10 years of working experience preferaby in water or power projects
  • Strong all rounded Quantity Surveying/Contract professional
  • Proactive and efficient at handling day to day tasks
