As the Contract Manufacturing Manager, your key responsibility is to manage the overall operations of contract manufacturers to ensure output meets business demand with quality products. With your production experience, you will work with multiple stakeholders in managing production performance, provide technical requirements and input, and proactively identify areas of improvement to work towards cost efficiency. You will lead the operations for multiple sites, as well as potential new developments according to company's growth strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be managing a team of up to 5 direct reports. In addition, you will gain experience working in a dynamic environment within a multinational company.

Degree in Engineering (any field) with practical work experience in production within the food manufacturing industry
Experience in managing contract manufacturers OR experience working in contract manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
Good communication skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels
Strong knowledge in food safety, food manufacturing processes and technology
