We are currently looking for a General Manager for a leading player in the Metal fabrication industry with a legacy of more than 80 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Team size: Up to 400 people
Based in Johor

Supervise and manage production operations, including CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication, to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity. ...

Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in production operations.

Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures and standards to maintain product quality and meet customer specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve overall quality performance.

Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

Make informed decisions regarding resource allocation, investment opportunities, and operational strategies to achieve company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
Experience in handling P&L
Requires a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in Operations or Manufacturing.
Possess working experience in CNC machining or sheet metal fabrication or assembly.
