Lead execute or manage corporate finance assignments
To conduct and look into Business valuation, equity and debt securities, tangible and intangible assets, end to end Mergers & Acquisition and financial advisory matters
Assist in conducting and overseeing Feasibility studies, financial modelling, and project advisory
Measure new investment opportunities which in clude investment appraisal with recommendations and methodology of new project and business proposal
To plan the Project Finance Arrangement with bankable project structuring
To handle tender preparation in including documentation and internal approval process
To develop and reinforce the relationship with important customers and strategic partners in Malaysia and overseas

Requirement

Degree in Accounting/Finance

Ability to develop and oversee Financial Modelling
