Randstad is partnering with an international company that specializes in producing building materials products. The company is expanding their footprint in Malaysia and currently looking for a Country Manager as part of their growth strategy.

duties and responsibility:

to generate business through new distributors, retail chains, dealers, etc.
to plan, monitor and run sales and marketing plans
to handle a team of sales and operational members

skill/ experience:

minimum 5 years experience in development dealerships in Malaysia
ability to identify market segments and potential markets
preferably from the vinyl/ laminate/mfc & equivalanet industry
