    This role reports to the Business Development Manager

    Your mission is to establish the sales objectives and strategy fro Malaysia, identify customers and key market segments to penetrate, and draw up business and strategic sales plans and delivering and exceeding sales targets in Malaysia

    Job Description:

    • To establish and expand the sales network in Malaysia, support the sales activities and meeting customers requirements
    • You will be working closely with distributors, hence you will need to develop a strong distribution network across Malaysia in order to cover the whole territory
    • Coordinate with distributors and their sales team, so that they focus on the company's business in all different segments
    • Control the expenses budget allocated

    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies, Admin, or it's equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Food Service / HORECA
    • Experienced in handling distributors
    • Nationwide travel is required (Maximum 2 weeks per month)
    • Worked with Food/Beverage Ingredients trading house is an advantage
    • Must possess own transport
