about the job
- Formulate and Execute Sales Strategy plan to achieve company's sales targets and objectives within the ground improvement engineering sector.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients, categorizing them into segments aligned with market dynamics, to ensure effective market penetration.
- Cultivate Stakeholder Relationships (engineering firms, contractors, developers, and project owners)
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand the intricacies of our ground improvement solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Complete sales cycle, commencing from initial prospecting and engagement, extending through proposal formulation, negotiation, and culminating in successful deal finalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to provide insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our capabilities and establish a strong industry presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the leadership team.
skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in technical sales
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales goals and stimulating revenue expansion.
- Strong network or connections in the Construction and Engineering Domains, Particularly Among Key Decision-Makers.
- Identify and Seizing Business Prospects
- Open to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and engage in business development activities.
