about the job
This role reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, and you will work alongside an existing Designer in the team, and external agencies.
- Create brand recognition through various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strategize, plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across digital channels.
- Create written copies for a diverse range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, press releases, website content, and more.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise advertising and communication campaigns including social media, digital marketing, email marketing, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Manage the brand's Content Management System (CMS), ensuring the regular update of website-related content and blog posts.
- Facilitate and execute market research and analysis to assess emerging trends and craft pertinent marketing content offerings.
about you
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a creative marketing executive or similar role.
- Ability to ideate, plan, and run creative campaigns to capture target audience
- Content creation and copywriting experience
- Proven social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) success through campaign initiatives and success.
- Good project management skills with experience in resource planning and timeline management.
- Market research capabilities - techniques, data analysis and statistical methods.
- B2B marketing experience preferred - if you have knowledge within the Human Resource field and corporate employee benefits industry.
