- Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Credit Risk Assessment:
- Conduct thorough credit assessments of new and existing clients to determine their creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to assess credit risk.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and risk assessment methodologies.
- Credit Policy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and update credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure that credit policies align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Portfolio Monitoring:
- Monitor the credit portfolio to identify early signs of potential credit issues or deteriorating financial conditions.
- Implement strategies to mitigate credit risk and recommend appropriate actions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on credit-related matters and addressing their inquiries.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to understand client needs and tailor credit solutions accordingly.
Reporting and Analytics:
