about the company

Client is a well-established multinational bank looking to further expand their team to support the growing business nationwide and globally. The team is known to have a collegiate environment with low turnover, and is open to candidates specifically from the Banking and Finance industry.

about the job

  • To design, conduct and evaluate education effectiveness for Credit related programs and evaluate courses effectiveness.
  • Create blended educational contents collaborating with online team.
  • Create credit preparation policy and lead long-term program and projects.
  • To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and facilitate internal forums, conferences, meetings for programs e.g Job Expert Network (JEN) programs.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve courses, programs to ensure to ensure relevance of content and effectiveness.
  • To play a role as Branch Partner and liaise closely with Chief Departmental Officers(CLO) in all branches throughout APAC and EA (mainly Asean Countries except Europe & America); to assist in identification of mentoring needs at branch level as well as to provide guidance and advice to CLOs.
  • To provide support and lead special projects and adhoc requests from branches.
  • To work closely with superiors and other facilitators in both KL and Singapore offices.

skills & experience

  • Excellent understanding in Credit, Corporate Banking, the whole banking process flow, etc.
  • Experienced in consulting, mentoring and guiding various presentation for Customers or briefing/study session for Colleagues, Team (holding a regional role previously would be added advantage)
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills (comfortable interacting with people from across the globe)
  • Able to travel 25%-50% to locations in APAC and EA to deliver curriculum and vocational support needs.

At least 7-10 years (Diploma holder), 3-5 years (Degree Holder) with relevant Banking or Banking Industrial experience, credit related certificate such as Omega, AICB-Chartered Banker.
