about the job
- Support L1/L2 issues and incidents
- Escalate tickets to seniors or vendors
- Provide training to other teams if necessary
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Perform UAT testing on the assigned applications
skills and experience required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a CRM application support
- Knowledge and experience supporting CRM applications
- Knowledge of Infor M3 or any other ERP product and module is a big plus
- Knowledge of SugarCRM is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
