• To develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the group’s overall business objectives and enhances the group’s competitive position.
• To lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• To identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, drive innovation, and ensure the group's technology stack is state-of-the-art.
• To oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of group technology infrastructure and systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
• To partner with other senior leaders, align technology initiatives with business needs, and contribute to group strategic planning.
• To manage group technology budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
• To develop and implement group strategies, mitigating technological risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• To communicate group technology vision and strategy to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, and represent the company at industry events.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive position such as Chief Technology Officer or Vice President of Technology.
• Experience in Listed company
