about the job
- Conduct operation-related functions and assist to ensure customer satisfaction
- Get involved in daily operations
- Manage a team of technicians, cleaners, etc
- Get involved in costing, quotation and budget preparation
- Handle customer's complaints and conduct site visit if necessary
- Ensure client satisfaction and profitability of sales secured
- Assist the sales team to conduct site inspection at prospect premise and derive resources
- Attend to client’s requests, questions and feedback for improvement
- Communicate and coordinate with the operations team, sales department and the clients on job commencement, ensuring smooth execution of the services
- Draw up and deliver the priorities, targets, goals and ISO objectives set out in the strategic plans, aligned to the company’s core values, mission and vision statements
- Manage cleaning resources requisitions and deliveries from various suppliers, timely servicing of machinery, and source for the new cleaning technologies for innovation of operations
- Manage the utilization of manpower effectively through planning, organizing and scheduling to maximize operations activities within the budget
- Develop reports, policies, procedures and guidelines to improve operations effectiveness and comply to occupational safety & health requirements
- Manage client's expectation and satisfaction, achieving profitability of the service contracts aligned to the strategic plans of the company
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Entomology/Microbiologist, Engineering, Property Management or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in cleaning industry and/or hygiene/pest control services environment
- Knowledgeable about Occupational Safety & Health, HACCP or other related discipline
- Relationship-oriented and responsible in nurturing healthy network of client relationships
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
