about the job

As the Customer Development Manager, you are accountable for building and maintaining relationship with your designated accounts. You will implement strategies to increase promotion effectiveness and to drive sales. Job responsibilities include:

  • Develop strategic key accounts plan
  • Negotiate on key accounts trading term
  • Merchandising and promotional activities
  • Managing a team of sales executives and merchandisers

  • Proven leadership capability
  • Must be willing to travel
