Our client is an online stockbroking platform provider headquartered in Australia with offices worldwide. Their office in Kuala Lumpur is their technology and operation hub in Malaysia located at Wisma UOA Bangsar (highly accesible via LRT Kelana Jaya line, Bangsar station).

Our client is looking for a broking representative to service/maintain the investors' accounts and attend/resolve investors' requests/dispute over the phone with regards to their trading account pertaining to their investments in equities listed/traded on Australia Stock Exchange (ASX).

The role observe Australia time zone. Therefore, the selected candidate can choose to work based on thefixed day shifts

5:00 am to 2:00 pm OR
6:00 am to 3:00 pm OR
7:00 am to 4:00 pm OR
8:00 am to 5:00 pm OR

The chosen candidate must sit for three (3) Australia stockbroking examiniation papers during their employment. If the staff passed all three (3) examination papers, the staff is entitled to a permament increment in their monthly base salary of RM 1,000. Please take note that the staff will have to passed the first paper as part of their probation confirmation.

We like to emphasized this is not a sales role, a sales support role based in Bangsar

Among the 'must have' requirements are you must speak/write highly fluent English and a degree in business/finance/commerce/account. If you have professional qualification, it be an added advantage. If you comes from a customer service background servicing english speaking countries, that will be ideal.
