about the company

Our client is a shared services company based in Bangsar South. Right now, they are looking for a Customer Interaction Center Analyst to join their family.

about the role

This is a Customer Interaction Centre Analyst position that reports to the Team Lead. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.

duties

  • Process inbound Tier 1 support interactions from customers (phone and email) such as general inquiries, feedback or incidents using call scripts to provide answers
  • Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Answer inquiries and resolves problems of basic to moderate complexity
  • Execute standard workday processes

skills & experience

  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in HR call center experience
  • Experience in using Workday system
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
