- Provide pre-sales support, including Technology Updates and Product training, to both internal and external sales staff.
- Handle customer complaints and offer post-sales support, especially for major incidents.
- Investigate and solve complex or long-standing customer problems referred by service staff.
- Offer assistance and guidance to customers on the company's products.
- Develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate outsourced service providers for technical competency and compliance with company standards and strategies.
- Manage internal IT equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Approve the acquisition of computer hardware and software to ensure compliance with company standards and strategies.
- Provide monthly standby consumables forecasts to the channel team.
skill/experience
- Possess the right attitude to carry out day to day pre and post sales responsibilities
- Strong customer service, and commercial mindset
- From a machinery, printing or relevant industry experience
- Regional exposure is an added advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
