- Key responsibilities include answering calls, handling requests, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through predefined answers and available resources.
- Identifying and managing interactions related to adverse events and product quality complaints, adhering to established processes and procedures.
- Recording all interactions accurately in the required database, maintaining compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Utilizing computer technology to handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Effective communication with internal and external business partners and stakeholders is crucial.
- Promoting and maintaining operational excellence by sharing effective methods and practices with colleagues, contributing to continuous process improvement
- Staying informed about company's products and material dispatch workflows.
It'll be good if you are
- Native / fluent in Japanese AND English (verbal and written)
- Working experience in pharmaceutical industry or customer service
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and willing to learn
