about the role ::
- You will need to communicate to stakeholders based in Korea and Malaysia professionally in both writing and speech.
- You will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders on servicing, inventory and performance.
- You will need to work with the sales team and regional office to ensure the best experience and management of clients.
- You are required to maintain a strong relationship with key clients and help promote and upsell to build a strong rapport.
- You are required to help upkeep the company database and CRM by accurately keying in client data and orders.
about the team ::
You will be directly reporting to the Business Development Manager of the company. You will be working in a team of 3-5 members handling customer service and technical servicing.
skills and experience ::
- You possess more than 3+ years of work experience in Customer Service related fields, preferably in technical customer service.
- You have solid experience in communicating with stakeholders based in Korea and Malaysia.
- You have solid experience in both using and setting up new CRM systems for smooth operation of business.
- You are great at people management and have outstanding communication skills, able stakeholders internally and externally.
- You possess a strong attention to detail and are someone who is meticulous and organised at work.
- You are great with planning and organising large projects in conjunction with the company direction.
