Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
- Identify and resolve customers’ problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
- Experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre would be an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates encourage to apply.
- Able to work on WEEKEND and NIGHT SHIFT.
- Fluent in English
