    · Documentation of standard operation procedures for solutions to clients

    skills and experience required

    · Minimum of 5 years of working experience

    · Minimum of 2 years in people management

    · Customer centric

    · Excellent communication and training skills

    · Able to converse fluently in English

    · Experience in hotel/tourism industry
