You’ll be reporting to the group Director of Technology Risk and Cyber department that has displayed significant mastery in both technical knowledge and people management skills.

Supervise the phases of planning, conceptualization, execution, evaluation, and maintenance of processes and systems related to cyber security.
Offer expertise in creating security frameworks for systems aimed at identifying and countering threats, integrated into the broader security operations and fusion centers.
Participate in offensive cyber security activities, emulating malicious actors during red team exercises, utilizing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) similar to adversaries.
Direct the Cyber Defense service line encompassing activities like vulnerability scanning, application security, comprehensive vulnerability evaluations, social engineering, assessments of physical security, evaluations of web applications, overseeing corrective actions, and performing penetration tests.
Establish policies and standards for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, aligning them with the overall mission and direction of the organization.
Collaborate with the security governance, risk, and compliance team to ensure that vulnerability scanning includes appropriate controls and meets compliance obligations.
Supervise the evolution and enrichment of Cyber Defense and Offensive Security services, focusing on refining processes and fostering collaboration.
Innovate by creating advanced threat detection solutions that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Deliver presentations on company-oriented strategies and messages in internal training sessions, external conferences, and client interactions.
Engage in the reverse engineering of malware.

Possess expert-level knowledge of Vulnerability Management Systems, such as Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, NetSparker/Acunetix, ZAP, Veracode, Kali Linux, BurpSuite, Nikto, and others.
Hold a minimum of 2 significant ethical hacking certifications, such as CEH, OSCP, OSWE, OSWP, GPEN, CREST, GCIA, GCIH, OCSP, CISSP.
Display exceptional interpersonal skills, adeptness in team-building, mentoring, and leadership, with a proven ability to earn the trust and esteem of senior executives.
Be willing and able to travel and operate effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment, while quickly grasping new technologies and making rapid contributions.
