You will involve and support in design, commissioning, and operations of HVAC system.
You will analyze thermal management performance in data center includes hot spot mitigation, heat exchange efficiency and airflow management.
You will need to manage HVAC equipment eg: Fan wall, CRAH, CRAC, chiller, pump, chilled water valve, cooling tower, thermal energy storage, CPOS, ventilation fans, PAHU etc.
You will need to perform cooling capacity, airflow velocity and HVAC related calculation.
You will need to coordinate and analyze for 2D/3D CFD simulation.
You will need to manage data hall and facilities room thermal management (temperature, humidity), air pressurization management and monitoring strategy.
You will need to analyze and provide solutions to extend equipment life span.
You will need to cover HVAC equipment failure / problem analysis.
You will need assist in provide solutions for HVAC selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
You will be working with team to produce detailed design includes layout, schematic diagram, calculations, simulations.
You will need to assist in HVAC system SOP, EOP, MOP and T&C documents development.
You will need to prepare thermal management performance report and problem failure analysis.
You will be working as team player with operations, engineering, contractor, OEM, and consultant.
You will need to Manage the HVAC system according to tenant SLA and close the gap between expectation from tenant

job requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level.
Experience in Data center facilities operations and maintenance document preparation.
Data center project management and T&C hand-on experiences
Experienced in Data Centre critical systems - mechanical systems.
At least 5 years’ experience in relevant Facilities Management related role within Data Center Operations or certified by relevant Data center professional training.
