about the job

• Respomsible for stabalizing and innovating the platform and service to help improve and support customers and business stakeholders' experience
• Clearly understand business problems and be responsible for the particular platform's application and architecture
• Responsible for innovating and monitoring core infrastructure perofrmance
• Maintain, support and enahnce infrastructure capacity planning
• Serve as senior to guide/lead junior members on the team
• Responsible for data platform roadmap and strategy for both regional and non regional platforms, inclusive of future roadmaps
• Responsible for the management of big data and database paltform technologies
• Overlook platform security and maintainence of UAM
• Ensure infrastructure servies are aligned with evolving needs and capabilities for both cloud and on premise technology
• Responsible for platform maintainence such as performance tuning and storage optimization
• Work closely with stakeholders for platform strategies along with bank's internal technology teams for any platofrm upgrades and maintainence

skills & requirements

• Bachelor Degree Computer Science/Information Technology
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in infrastructure operations
• Experience with Teradata, Hadoop and Cloud technologies is mandatory
• Basic knowledge and understanding of service management framework is an added advantage
• Vendor and supplier management
• Able to work cross functional team and communicate with senior management for decision making
