excellent execution of the strategy and smooth operations to ensure good end to end online shopping experience for the pet parents, leading to achievement of business objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of growth and profitability Malaysia and Singapore Pet Nutrition Digital Commerce in assigned platform including distributor management
- Translating overall digital commerce strategy into specific customer business plans.
- Deliver excellence in supply, operations, perfect digital activation, perfect digital store and category leadership, to grow ahead of the pet food category.
- Build mutual partnership with customers, e-distributors, and agency partners for sustainable growth.
- Discipline use of data analytics and financial modeling to make fact-based choices.
- Maintain healthy portfolio and pricing according to shopper and channel needs, and within guideline

Singapore by working closely with national distributor (B2B) and e-enablers (B2C) in a dynamic digital commerce
landscape (marketplace, e-grocery, e-SPT etc).
This role needs to engage and collaborate very closely with various parties from internal (cross functional team)
and external (e-distributors, agencies etc.) to have a 2 way relationship in gaining support and guidance for
continuous improvement
