... - Strategic Planning: Provide strategic direction and leadership for teaching, research, and academic support activities; develop academic strategies and business plans aligned with the University's goals; implement marketing strategies to boost student enrollment.
- Academic Leadership and Management: Translate the University's vision into actionable plans for the School; lead curriculum and program development, assessment, accreditation, and research activities; represent the School in various University committees and the external community.
- Governance and Quality Management: Ensure compliance with University governance, policies, and external regulations; maintain and enhance service quality through continuous improvement processes; manage accreditation and quality review processes.
- Resource and People Management: Oversee the School's budget and financial sustainability; manage and develop faculty and staff; ensure efficient use of resources and space for teaching and engagement activities; provide necessary training for staff development.
skills and requirements
- Posses a PhD in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of expereince in a managerial role in logistics/supply chain, or a related field.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently.
- Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
