This position is responsible for providing academic leadership and executive management, driving the strategic and operational development of the School, and enhancing the national and international reputation of the School.

• Academic Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership for academic programs and faculty development.
• Curriculum Development: Overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum to ensure academic excellence and relevance.
• Faculty Management: Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating faculty members to maintain high teaching standards and research productivity.
• Budget and Resource Management: Managing financial resources, grants, and budgets allocated to the faculty to support academic initiatives.
• External Relations: Cultivating relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and donors, to enhance the reputation and resources of the faculty.

skills & experience required

• Possess a PhD in Business Management/Human Resources/Marketing or equivalent from a recognised university
• At least 5 years of experience in the education sector, including holding a management or leadership position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain good, sustained, and successful research grants with impact measured by publications in leading journals and other research output
