As a Delivery Manager, you will assist with implementation of new technology and to optimise current processes, workflows and systems for our end-users. You will join a passionate team to liaise between IT, Business and other support teams. You will also lead the implementation of innovative solutions to solve complex business and technical issues through an agile approach, establishing and building the connection between business and technical teams. Keeping the implementation team focused on the delivery of the solution, you will ensure the team follows quality best practices, and solution designs meet enterprise architecture expectations.

job scope and responsibilities:

Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
Work with stakeholders (such as business executives, product owner and CIO) to define the roadmap for products and ensure this is accurately translated into user stories.
Ensure business requirements are translated into viable and scalable applications.
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
Support scrum masters with feature sizing and work assignment.
Manage and inspire team, promoting collaboration, increasing commitment and aligning expectations.
Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of solution quality.
Manages solution staging life-cycle, conducting quality assurance and production deployments, supporting overall solution roll-out procedures.
Design and build a functional and technical system architecture based on business needs and other relevant drivers.
Ensure non-functional requirements are met, such as performance, security and data privacy.
Design third-party integration, being the technical point of contact.
Support feature delivery demonstrations.
