- Overall project development, planning, design and day to day operations
- Monitoring of on-going/future projects and overall master planning
- Overseeing both development and financial progresses of the team's portfolio
- Planning, design and execution of future launches in terms of financial feasibility, financial dynamic runs and also all related stakeholder co-ordination
- Management of other stakeholders, including external partners, upper management, local government officials etc.
skills & experience required
- Minimum 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in Property Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline
- Relocation to Sabah
