leadership & strategy:

key tasks:
- Plan and manage the design of data centre projects, including determining design schemes and organizing the design process.
- Oversee the entire life cycle of overseas data centre projects, formulating design plans to optimize costs and improve quality.
- Coordinate the promotion and continuous optimization of design tasks and resolve on-site issues.
- Organize design disclosures and reviews, managing design changes based on project experiences.
- Participate in factory inspections, commissioning, and testing of systems or equipment, ensuring technical coordination throughout construction.
- Facilitate communication among design consultants, owners, government departments, suppliers, and contractors.
requirement & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field; familiarity with green data centre standards and specifications.
- Over 2 years of experience as a Design Manager, with experience in Malaysia, Singapore, or similar markets; data centre design experience preferred.
- Proven experience completing full cycles of data centre projects.
- Familiarity with Malaysia's construction procedures, local laws, and relevant design standards.
- Strong analytical skills, sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
