about the job
- Be a Business Analyst for business requirement analysis for I 4.0 and digitalization related roadmap and scoping.
- Be an active driver for site initiatives that require Factory Integration cross functional support, e.g. light-out initiative forTest Singapore (TS) and Melaka (MAL); ensure technical fitness of proposed solutions and acceptance.
- Collaborate within internal Factory Integration (FI) team and business automation team to drive Backend I 4.0 demand management which have higher complexity.
- Support MAL Factory Integration plant coordinator for account management, coordination of service delivery performance,preventive maintenance and any ad-hoc request.
- Work with FI delivery unit to ensure High Quality Software deliverables and Software Quality assurance within the I40 project management.
- Organize training, provide guidance on prevailing change management process, methods and tools.
- Assist in change management process in project implementation.
about the requirement
- Someone with 7 and more years of working experience in Factory Integration / Manufacturing systems in a largescale environment is added advantage but not compulsary
- At least 5 years involvement in process improvement and innovation activities.
- Sound experiences in people coordination, with strong leadership in business process analysis, end-to-end solutioning and roadmap planning
- Able to work in a cross-functional team to deliver FI requirement assessment and solution proposal, have deep understanding of Factory Integration manufacturing systems.
- Good interpersonal skill and manage stakeholders expectations, drive compliance and change management process across organization.
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage but not compulsary

You will report directly to HOD of Factory Integration Department, liasing with other functional & technical consultant in delivering the project
