key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and administration of Salesforce, Pega, and Adobe Experience platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture for the platform, including integration with other systems.
- Manage a team of developers, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and help design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead the development of new features and functionalities, including the planning and execution of sprints and releases.
- Manage the platform roadmap, including prioritizing projects and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between the platform and other systems.
- Ensure that the platform is highly available and secure, and that data is protected according to industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team, ensuring that they are up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce, Pega, and Adobe Experience platforms.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of developers and technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical background, with expertise in systems integration, architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
