... - Chargeback Operations and Risk Management: Managing the interactive flow of chargeback information and funds among card schemes, acquirers, and merchants. Proactively identifying and mitigating chargeback risks, promptly resolving issues, and ensuring secure and customer-centric dispute operations.
- Process Design and Implementation: Developing and implementing dispute operation and service procedures for new business initiatives, fostering a standardized dispute service system. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Adherence to Card Scheme Regulations: Proficiently applying international card scheme rules to effectively handle dispute transactions. Continuously optimizing operational mechanisms and upgrading the dispute service system to align with industry standards.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Gaining insights into the needs of both internal and external customers. Strategically planning and designing competitive value-added service products related to chargebacks to support business development and customer success.
