About the company:

Our client is one of the leading BFSI company in KL. They are currently expanding their business in Malaysia and searching for the IT Assistant Project Manager to be part of this journey.


  • You will work with various level of business and system personnel to identify business needs and provide technical consultancy and solutions.
  • Analyse user business requirements, develop and enhance e-Channel application or functionalities and product related to e-channel. Formulate and review e-channel related procedure and operational manual.
  • Direct and guide branches and other departments to broaden e-Channel utilization and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Responsible over the preparation and timely submission of e-Channel report to the Management. To closely monitor and detect the suspicious or fraud e-Channel transaction.
  • Analyse, investigate and resolve processing error in existing e-Channel program and application.
  • Provide business support or guidance to users in resolving the various e-Channel system problems and prepare the customer Q&A.
  • Manage the medium-small scale projects, deliver project plan, identify risk and problem as well as monitor/track the progress of the project to achieve project deliverables within approved timeline.
  • Act as subject matter expert in providing advise to optimize e-Channel standards and specifications.
  • Keep abreast of the provision and changes in the Statutory requirements, HQ Policies and BNM guildlines to ensure due compliance in all aspects of HR&Admin.
  • Adhere and ensure policy/procedure/guildline in AML/CFT operation manual is complied.
  • Work with internal IT Team (technical and functional team) to ensure the design and implementation is in line with business and IT strategy

Skills & Experience.

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in banking industry is required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions across multiple departments
  • Strong experience in e-channels / online banking / epayment
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin and English fluently.
