Our client is currently looking for a E-Commerce Executive with 1 year of experience. You will be reporting to the COO of the company.
In this role, You will be supporting in ecommerce operations and value added services such as key account management, store management, online marketing, campaign planning, customer service, business analysis, fulfillment & logistics in different ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Help plan, organize, and carry out e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
- Take charge of brand direction, promotional marketing, item listings, and cost submissions for all e-commerce platforms.
- Develop marketing strategies across e-commerce and social media sites.
- Aid in developing and supervising the work schedule to ensure it's productive and completed on time.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with both internal and external parties for stock, inventory, and delivery management.
- Collaborate closely with in-house and external teams for seamless e-commerce operations.
Requirements:
- Only 1 year of relevant work experience in the e-commerce industry
- Someone equipped with marketplace management will be an added advantage
- Strong communication
- Willingness to learn
