    In this role, you will lead and drive the company's online sales strategies and execution accross eCommerce platforms. This role reports to the Head of Sales

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will be managing the eCommerce platforms such as Shoppee, Food Panda and Happy Fresh
    • Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales of the specific eCommerce accounts and building relationships with the Planning and executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level - Front end operations, Product Assortment, Supply chain, Distribution and CRM, and brand marketing activities to increase the digital presence of the brand and product performance.
    • You will oversee the online sales across business partnering functions
    • Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches
    • Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders to achieve the desired share in each category

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management in the FMCG industry
    • Added advantage if the candidate comes with experience with dairy products
    • Minimum a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management or its equivalent
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
