about the job
This role reports to the Managing Director of MYSG.
Individual contributor with training and guidance from HQ.

- Develop and execute e-commerce sales and marketing strategies focused on consumer products.
- Manage online stores, seasonal campaigns, and resolve any issues related to e-commerce platforms (not limited to Lazada, Shopee) in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Plan, create and manage listings on e-commerce platforms in creative and functional approaches.
- Oversee social media accounts, with a focus on content creation, website updates, and performance analysis.
- Plan and run paid ads on digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, and others, with a solid understanding of their features.
- Use data-driven metrics to report on sales and marketing performance, forecast monthly and quarterly sales, and meet individual sales targets.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management, including B2B and B2B2C sales initiatives to drive growth and expansion.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices to ensure up-to-date digital marketing strategies.
about you
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role.
- Strong understanding of retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for the fitness, sports, and health care industry. Prior experience in these fields is highly welcomed.
- Good communication skills with presentation experience.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to independently understand and execute goals, tasks, and duties.
