We're looking for an experienced and talented Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing team for a leading power equipment manufacturer!

Reporting to: Head of Department
Location: Selangor
Excellent remuneration and benefits package

the role

Lead the design, calculation, and component selection for power equipment systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with design standards.
Develop and implement design rules for product standardization and customization in collaboration with the Product Development Lifecycle (PDL) team.
Assess product solutions for business project requests, providing technical evaluations and estimates.
Plan, conduct, and analyze engineering tests to support product standardization and improvement.
Work closely with other teams to implement initiatives related to power equipment main component design and standardization.
Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting product performance to ensure successful project delivery.

the experience

Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent in a relevant field.
More than 5 years in electrical design and engineering of electrical systems for power supply.
Skilled in using MS Office applications and experienced with SAP systems.
