We are looking for a Engineering & Maintenance Manager to one of our client who is a global leaders in coated and painted steel products. They are the world’s leading manufacturer of painted and coated steel focused on building and construction industries.

  • Reporting to: VP Manufacturing
  • Teamsize: 50
  • Regions covered : Malaysia
  • Excellent remuneration package

About the job

  • Develop the future strategy of the equipment, plant capability and reliability through Manufacturing Excellence
  • Develop Maintenance Systems towards Predictive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance
  • Develop and strategize engineering projects to enhance capability to support current and future business needs
  • Plant improvement projects for safety and efficiency, in alignment with Manufacturing
  • Excellence and Cost Efficiency initiatives
  • High Safety standards, good Safety setup and practices with Site Safety team
  • Ensuring continuation improvement on manufacturing capacity
  • Plan and perform all Preventive Maintenance activities

Skills/experience

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • More than 20 years experiences in manufacturing plant with similar position
  • Good organization skills with good people management skills
  • Candidates who experiences in automated line will be added advantages
