    Randstad is partnering with a well established manufacturer company and they are expanding their operation at Malaysia and looking for an Engineering Manager as part of their strategic growth.

    Reporting to: Group Engineering Manager
    Team Size: 30
    Regions covered: Malaysia

    about the job

    • Providing guidance, leadership and supervision to technical team member
    • Monitoring of all day-to-day technical operation, safety procedure and conduct technician performance review
    • Set-up and implementation of Total Preventive Maintenance
    • Up-time & downtime analysis of the Production Line in order to optimise output
    • Actively involve in Risk Assessments and KAIZEN covering the manufacturing processes
    • Analytic approach to identify & resolve Corrective/Preventative actions to address quality, technical, and/or manufacturing issues

    skill and experience required

    • At least ten (10) years of working experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment with proven track record.
    • Strong technical knowledge, leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Candidate must possess a Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical.
