• Conduct analysis of client business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate ERP solutions
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements
• Develop and document business process models and workflows to ensure a clear understanding of system requirements
• Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client requirements
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet client expectations
• Train and support end-users in the use of ERP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and support
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP software and make recommendations to clients on best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration and support
• This role is also open for senior level consultants.
• Strong understanding of ERP software solutions, particularly in one or more of the following areas: finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
