work to gather best practices and develop an ESG service offering that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Building and establishing relationships with clients and industry contacts to understand their specific needs and objectives.
Assisting in preparing proposals and meeting with potential clients to discuss our ESG services and solutions.
Leading client engagements for services related to ESG disclosures, sustainability programs, and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Analyzing the evolving ESG regulatory landscape and relevant standards, and leading sustainability audit/verification projects to help clients meet compliance and reporting requirements.
Establishing tailor-made data collection, ESG benchmarking, and gap analysis for reportable material ESG matters, working with clients from various industries to identify key sustainability metrics.
Creating guidelines, frameworks, checklists, policies, and procedures to align with best practices, enabling clients to enhance their ESG programs and reporting.
Conducting internal audits to review ESG reporting practices, including materiality analysis, data collection, reporting content, and the adoption of reporting frameworks/guidelines.
Preparing ESG/Sustainability reports in accordance with the Bursa Reporting Guide and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guideline, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Holding meetings, workshops, and arranging questionnaires to develop and carry out stakeholder engagement exercises, facilitating a transparent and inclusive approach to ESG initiatives.
Being a part of a team of problem solvers, helping our clients identify and solve emerging business issues related to environmental, social, and governance topics, from strategy development to execution.
Assisting clients in understanding business or regulatory threats and opportunities, supporting the integration of ESG factors into their business models.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A relevant degree in a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in ESG or a related area, demonstrating a deep understanding of sustainability practices and ESG reporting.
Experience in internal audit and risk management is an added advantage, providing you with a holistic perspective on ESG issues.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, enabling you to assess complex ESG challenges and develop practical solutions.
