show more- Functions as the primary contact point for inquiries related to E-Auction and Spot Buy, as well as for the Strategic Sourcing Team. Provides guidance to Sourcing Managers in setting up events and ensuring their success.
- Takes the lead in the e-sourcing process for requisitions, ensuring that sourcing decisions align with the company's overarching strategy, policies, and requirements.
- Manages the entire E-Auction process for a range of complexities, starting from validating requests in accordance with guidelines, analyzing requirements, and coordinating with Sourcing Managers to address any data gaps. Also, responsible for preparing and publishing E-Auctions.
- Contributes to the development of auction strategies and lot structures and actively promotes best practices in this regard.
- Analyzes data, derives conclusions, and effectively communicates solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Creates and shares key performance indicators (KPIs) and a reporting dashboard to track the e-Sourcing pipeline and performance.
skills/experience
- Possesses at least a Degree in International Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge in Source-to-Order & P2P
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Excel functions.
