Responsible and accountable for managing the day-to-day field operations including infrastructure maintenance, upkeep and development of the overall oil palm estate operation and regulations;
Able to coordinate and supervise work programmes and workers effectively across the estate to meet the estate targets e ...

Implement new ideas / improvements to the overall estate management process and to maximise the production quality of fresh fruit bunches per best agriculture practices and the Company’s strategic direction;

Identify areas for system and process improvements, and implement changes to improve overall efficiency and cost savings for the estate;

Proactive in identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise;

Plan and implement efficient work schedules to achieve goals and targets set by headquarters, able to adapt plans due to unforeseen circumstances;

Prepare monthly progress reports, forecast and yearly budget and communicate with the management throughout the year, including ad-hoc updates during site visits;

Provide positive leadership to all stakeholders;

Support any ad-hoc assignments / projects pertaining to estate operations.

requirements:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Plantation Management or equivalent
At least 10 years’ experience in plantation field (oil palm)
Good sense of business acumen
Able to evaluate the projects or assignments.Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Successful candidate will be based at the estate in Pahang
Accommodation will be provided by the company in the estate
