about the company

Our client is a well known global insurance company based in Puchong. They have over 1000 employees and they're looking for a PA to support the CEO

about the role

  • To provide secretarial/administrative and operational assistance.
  • Take minutes and chase/follow up on action plan and monitor on outstanding matters/due dates.
  • Handling incoming calls, making/screening calls & taking messages.
  • Review all incoming letters/documents, for immediate attention & noting deadlines and follow up any outstanding matters.
  • Draft correspondence (memo/email/faxes/report).
  • Distribution of correspondence (memo/email/faxes/report).
  • Planning & arranging travel plans, Visa application, ground movement from hotel to destination and vice-versa (e.g. Airline/Hotel/car rental reservations, etc).
  • Liaise with various department within the group, liaise with external parties/visitors.
  • Doing research, data analysis and various management reports preparation.
  • Handle confidential document and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • To organize and maintain good filing system for smooth and quicker data retrieving.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
  • To perform any other duties as directed by CEO.
